Reliq is built with security as a core pillar. Being a modified fork of EGGS Finance and BakerDAO, we've been able to learn from their audits and observed the protocol's mechanism design being tested with real dollars.
Reliq's Audit
Reliq has been audited through an audit contest on HackenProof. The contest saw over 330 reports submitted by security researchers from around the world, competing for the prize pool.
The contest resulted in the identification of 1 high, 1 medium, and 2 low severity issues which have since been dealt with.

Reliq depends on the correctness and liveness of:
- Hyperliquid / HyperEVM for block production
- Kinetiq & kHYPE for staking yield
Users remain exposed to chain-level risk, Kinetiq smart contract risk, and systemic risk in HYPE itself.
